Paella Ingredients: 250 g cooked chicken meat 250 g of milled rice 600g chicken broth 100g prawns 100 g ham 2 pcs. sausage 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 1 red pepper 2-3 green peppers 3 tablespoons cooking oil 100 g frozen peas 2 tomatoes salt and pepper Preparation: Cut chicken and sausages to bigger pieces, and dice ham. Scald and peel tomatoes and cut into pieces. Saute chopped onion, crushed garlic and cut red pepper until getting soft. Pour the rice and fry until it becomes transparent. Add a pinch of turmeric, bouillon, salt and pepper, cover with lid and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Add the other products under the lid and cook for another 5-10 minutes until all the liquid is over. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chopped parsley and garnish with sliced ??green pepper rings. Enjoy! |
