Lamb stew with vegetables Ingredients: 1 kg lamb 1 cup Rizzo rice 1 tablespoon of paprika 2 bunches of spring onions 3 tomatoes 5 tablespoons cooking oil salt, parsley Preparation: Fresh onions are washed, cleaned and cut into small pieces and fried in heated oil. Add salt and pepper, add chopped meat. Fry it. Pour half cup of water to cleaned and washed rice and add chopped tomatoes and parsley. Let all this boil about 10 minutes, then pour into baking dish and bake 40-50 minutes in moderate oven. Enjoy! |
